Airport Pick-Ups

For all airport pick-ups, there is an additional cost for car parking. The quoted Journey fare does not include parking ticket charges. Our drivers are instructed to park and meet you at our designated meeting points inside the terminal arrivals area. Parking tariffs set by airport authorities may vary at each airport.

At Traxi Cabs, we prefer to schedule your collection a certain number of minutes after your flight lands. This allows you extra time to clear customs and collect your baggage. The standard collection time is 30 minutes after landing and can be requested when making your booking.

Our fares are based on direct trips, assuming passengers are ready to travel at the specified time and location.

The driver will choose the route to your destination, taking into account factors such as traffic conditions, time, road closures, diversions, and incidents.

For any UK address pick-up, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the booked time. If we are unable to contact the passenger (after ringing the doorbell and calling the contact phone number), we will release the driver, and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.

No reservation is considered accepted until confirmed via phone or email, and the passenger has been issued a reference number.

An additional surcharge of 50% on the quoted price on the website may be applied on the following dates: December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1.

The company will not accept liability for the following: severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme weather conditions, or poor weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the pick-up time will incur a 100% charge.

Note: For airport pickups, please use WhatsApp to contact your driver. They will be waiting at the meeting point in the arrivals hall. If your flight arrives early, we will make an effort to pick up the passenger earlier than their specified pickup time, but we are not obligated to do so.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • – Booking on all credit/debit cards is notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick-up time.
  • – If the passenger misses the flight and informs us in advance, either by phone or by email, obtain a cancellation number.

No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • – If the passenger books the Private Hire Vehicle for the wrong date, wrong flight number, or provides other misleading information.
  • – If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick-up address without informing us for any reason.
